The (likely) problem we have if this is indeed the holdup, as a long term holder that’s consumed every detail of available information and content produced by the company (webinars, ASX ann’s, broker reports, news articles, communications with the company/MD etc. etc.), I personally believe SM isn’t willing to do any further field work until the PPSA is signed off. There’s been a lot of “imminent’s”, “in coming weeks/months”, “end of the 1/4” etc. and SM would be just as frustrated with this as the rest of us……he’s gone over and above in terms of upholding IVZ’s side of the bargain, it’s time the government (now with Mutapa) pull their damn finger out. Nothing is happening until it’s signed IMO.
