Unless they actually “deliver” something significant shortly, these freebie options ain’t gonna fly. They have set the bar way too low on these and, personally, I don’t think the timing is right to be asking shareholders for these given we’ve endured almost a year of nothing, a top 10 holder crapping all over the share price, no directors buying on market during these lean times etc etc. The share price would need to be well above 20c before I would even consider voting for, because, that’s what these are for, “performance”…..they are not “opportunity options” ie. going for the grab while the share price is in the doldrums. Am a big supporter and have been for many years but this is not aligning yourselves with your shareholders IMO, particularly since you just issued 30c options to Zim investors, that should be the baseline.
