Totally agree with all your comments. I doubt a buyout at this stage is why they are sitting on hands though.... if it is it will be at a terrible price like 11 cents or so.... to me it feels like they are trying to send a message to the govt by sitting on hands without actually saying it.... sign the PPSA say or this project will progress slower than snail pace. Whilst you would think the govt has a vested interest in moving this forward promptly, its not how they do business in Zimbabwe. Maybe the brown paper bag offer under the table hasnt been made yet hence here we sit.... with barely a pulse. Shareholders have been voting with there feet, they will also let the company know by voting against the options. Time will tell where we end up but for now its more twiddling thumbs while we pay for that expensive rig & BOD keep collecting salaries.
