Evening all. Some holders may have noticed on our website that a couple of important pieces are due to expire soon.
The EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) expires this month and the exploration license for the EPOs expires in August.
I figured it was worth asking the question about the status of these and got a reply pretty quickly.
The EIA is with the EMA (Environmental Management Agency) and will be renewed shortly.
The EPO licenses are via the Mining Affairs Board (MAB) and will be renewed at their next sitting.
That covers the pressing licences as SG4571 is good until June 2027.
Happy to confirm that these renewals are with the appropriate agencies and have no issues. As we already know the ESIA is also approved for pilot gas production so there are no impediments once we’re on the ground.
