Dear Mr MacMillan,

I hope this message finds you well.

As a long-term shareholder of IVZ, currently holding 400,000 shares over the past 4.5 years, I want to begin by expressing my appreciation for the considerable work being undertaken by the team behind the scenes. I remain a strong believer in the potential of the project and the long-term vision driving it.

That said, I feel it is important to convey my growing frustration and disappointment regarding the flow of information being communicated to shareholders—particularly in relation to the status of the PPSA.

Shareholders have, over an extended period, been repeatedly told that progress is "imminent," "on the cusp," "a matter of weeks," or "shortly expected." Most recently, we understand that two agreements are being amalgamated, further delaying the process.

These repeated assurances, which have not materialised, have severely undermined trust and credibility. At best, this is poor communication; at worst, it is misleading.

I would like a clear explanation as to:

• Why these timelines and assurances have consistently proven to be inaccurate.
• Whether the board was genuinely misinformed or knowingly downplayed the challenges.
• What specific hurdles the company is currently facing, both regulatory and operational.
• How the board plans to restore investor confidence moving forward.

While I understand the complex and often unpredictable nature of operating in jurisdictions such as Zimbabwe, there is no justification for the dissemination of misinformation or exaggerated expectations. Shareholders deserve transparency—not selective optimism or public relations language. Many of us have remained loyal through volatility and delay, and we expect respect and honesty in return.

I must stress that the current state of communication is unacceptable. If the board knowingly misled shareholders, that would constitute grounds for serious consideration of its composition and accountability.

I look forward to a comprehensive response that restores some level of confidence in the leadership and its commitment to transparent and responsible governance.
