Say early this year the company received a draft from the govt .
Yes prior to that Scott has mentioned imminent,soon etc.
anyway there all excited in the office go over the draft and the offer dosnt quiet stack up as it shoud...Now this is totally normal in the business world when dealing with agreements and esentially offers.
Maybe Scott was happy with the draft at the time but there are a few major stake holders including any JV partners in the wings that wanted a few tweeks to protect there interests. Do not ever think greed one of the biggest sins lurks everywhere ...
Anyways getting back to the point .
So the draft is getting sent back as normal Billion dollar potential business would do unsatisfactory.. Normal
anyways Scott cannot give a announcement that sorry folks where not happy with that draft as it affects Bla,bla,bla.
Its a great debate involving a lot of pieces to all come together and be satisfied....legislation nightmare but the cogs are turning and ive said it again the ball is in our court atm.
Its how we make this next serve that will be very telling so we can all rest easy moving forward .
The drill for me is what I want to happen the most
I believe the next move potentially will be far from shaky but more of a ripple effect,rumble and explosive.
