And right there is the thing as the Gov't has requested stone cold silence and secrecy around the issue...is that because it tends to think it may be liable for damages of some sort when the delays are toted up and accounted? Zim gov't stuffs up Zim Gov't to pay makegood expenses to IVZ.
Nothing would sour the relationship more than this type of claim especially sin
ce the MIF is our benefactor and most likely going to be our JV partner. This could explain why the agreement/s are back being revised...allowing for MIF to become a JV partner aka partner is reality Zim Gov't when all is said and done.
Welcome to the reality folks...agreement to reflect it being OK for MIF and Gov't to be involved in IVZ at a JV level? Think about that and think about the need for secrecy...get it done not get it opposed and delayed again...my goodness!
