    I also like the way you sum up the current situ 100% bang on super loud and clear:

    1. "SM hasn’t delivered"
    2. "they are burning cash reserves"
    3. "they lied about delivery times"
    4. "The texts we all know are bs"

    I could add a few more about:

    5. "Purported JVs"
    6. "Idle rig"
    7. "Expiring EPO"

    But I get a feeling you already know and can agree with those too so won't labour those extra points
