I think you are correct, we are in a waiting game with the market watching and waiting for encouraging news.
The known uncertainties that could lead to unlocking value are (a) signing the PSA, (b) some good seismic results and (c) finally a show when the drilling starts.
The question is how much will the share price slide in the meanwhile, and what upside can we expect from positive news on the above issues.
