Anyone selling today should hopefully be doing it for a reason not because the price is falling.

No.
IVZ now has more cash in the bank due to prior cap raise and a heap of newsflow to come.
No reason for a price drop today, likely just new investors panicking after buying at a high in earlier weeks.
