Oh but sophs are a “quick and easy” way to raise capital….they also couldn’t give two pinches of sh!te about the company and are just as quick and easy to offload. Some are of the view this was a last minute raise, I call bs, we were always going to do a cr regardless of farmin status. Poorly timed and no forethought, they panicked and went for the easy money grab. When we hit 30.5c (only 3 weeks ago) I had a rocket pic at the ready…..unfortunately this is all I can come up with for now….
