no need to charge in, but a more comfortable method would be to scale in. Eg if it drops , buy a few more to lower your average buy in price, and similarly if we hit a few milestones and move up, scale in a bit more as the outcome becomes more derisked.
I personally have bought enough around this 14c level, but still have some dry powder like yourself.
