I think Jaksparra has been correct in saying how much IVZ have been dragging their feet and for a long time to the point that it finds itself stuck in the middle of a terrible market, only has itself to blam. Chances of much uplift at drill time gets less every day. IMO they have failed to deliver things in a timely manner, we shareholders have been left to take the hits...
