In theory yes, Comparing DTC to ASX, different set of buyers and sellers on both these exchanges and hence the demand and supply would differ causing the price to differ temporarily . Add to that different operating hrs and time differences.
In IVZ's case given majority of the trading volume is on the ASX the DTC follows and vice versa
