If the options were tradeable today I have no doubt you could buy them for 2c as that's the way options are priced usually on a black scholes model via current underlying price and volatility.
There's no guarantee that the share price will ever reach $1.50 to $2 even on a hit as there are so many other factors in play quantity of gas does it flow correctly etc. What if it only reach's 40c or 60c you could have made 100% on the shares but nothing on the options
