I've been wondering for awhile if PAC advised that the 1:1 options were necessary because, due to the closeness on the last vote, the probability exists that not all the options will be approved.

i have to admit that I didnt vote last time. I will this time and so will my friends/family.

i think we're all so f$%ked off we'll probably spend the time to reject it. I believe it will also be post-results (it's late so I'm not going to look it up to confirm) but if so, the monetary value would drive the vote in the event that the drill is successful
