we cannot begrudge SI because it was there for the taking
we cannot begrudge SM as it the norm of raising funds
maybe begrudge ASIC for allowing such raises, it should be illegal to raise where each shareholder does not get an equitable opportunity according to their shareholding, it defies the whole basis of shareholding %
companies would get their shit together in advance before asking for more money, just like when anyone borrows money from a bank
