I think you’re really missing the point here, no one has a problem with sophs getting this opportunity at an individual level, the problem is with management dishing out the ridiculously cheap (and in my opinion, completely undeserved) options, therefore we will vote against management issuing them. Your issue should also be with management if you are concerned about long term loyal holders feeling the need to vote these down, you should communicate this with them.

On a side not though, your condescending rhetoric has probably rubbed a few people the wrong way, so that’s where it starts to derail from the topic at hand.
