I just don't understand this strategy of raising money at such a discount to the share price with added bonus of options that almost certainly will be completely in the money within the timeframe. it seems to be such a gift to sophisticated investors that is way beyond what would be necessary to raise the money. and to me it does seem it's a real poke in the eye 2 small investors who have no chance to participate in such a giveaway.
anybody with foresight into this deal and holding shares could have sold at 30c and bought back at the offer price of 24c and then sold again while retaining the options. it's such a blatent gift to the very few at the expense of the many outside the loop.

Really not happy. However much the share price rises in the coming months it will be a fair percentage less than what it would have been had this not occurred or had occurred in a more responsible way.
