The vote is still some way away and I will decide my vote at the time in the way suits my financial interest and will take into account the share price at the time, dilution to my investment and reputation impact to ivz in terms of future capital raise. I won't take into account your interests, or Davy's or anyone else's for that matter. I certainly won't vote no just because I didn't get the offer and I certainly won't vote yes because it would unfair on sophs otherwise.
