The difference with CPS is that they vend in projects into listed companies and to date, most of the projects have been sub-par. Good for pumps though.
You know how the game is played. Acquire some shitty tenements under a private company, vend project into public company, receive vendor stock, attach placement, free oppies and standard 6%.
