I don't disagree with you at all. However, If you going into business with your best friend, or family member, don't do it on a handshake and a promise, you need signed agreements. I don't see that as being paranoid, just being prudent and protecting yourself. I'm still very bullish on Invictus and patient, I wouldn't have invested my money otherwise.
