The reality of not being able to free carry will spook a lot of holders into selling. It's a massive part of a lot of people's risk management strategies - I do think the CR had a much worse flow-on effect than anybody anticipated but the timing was definitely horrendous, considering most of it was for Baobab funding that isn't drilling for at least a couple of months.

But then if it was an urgent raise to cover more Mukuyu costs, don't tell shareholders that we are fully funded for it when we aren't.

I had always planned on holding through the drill but the 14 day risk now is so much higher than it was before spud and CR, so I can understand the downward pressure when combined with share churning as well.
