Anyone thinking it's a duster before the first target has been hit makes me laugh.
For all we know IVZ hasn't continued drilling yet from the last announcement. Remember IVZ aren't known for keeping up with schedules.
Is it a lack of knowledge or is it actual downramping, who knows.
Expect delays. You are all holding this for a reason. If you are selling today because you think it's a leaky ship, then so be it.
