This has been a tough hold. Like a lot of retail thinking to sell into the pre-drill fomo, the CR has put a low ceiling on the SP and given sophs options that significantly discount their risk of a duster at our expense.

The much touted timelines of Recon Africa and their SP no longer correlate, as sophs sell heads into opts. Buying in now carries significant risk with a very binary outcome and little that can be done to de-risk.

Next week or two will be interesting as drilling proceeds, but with so many opts around it's hard to see this running into results.

Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.
