Personally I would not be encouraging anybody to buy IVZ right...

Personally I would not be encouraging anybody to buy IVZ right now.
To me it looks very hight risk and the large number of sellers may know more than I do.

However every time in the past when I have dumped at the lows on just about any stock they have turned around and gone back up.

So I am doing a George Costanza and actually buying. Because 35 million odd shares have been sold it would be in somebodys interest to push this back up to 14 cents and sell at a profit and I might as well join in with that.

Looks like we are going into another Pause. 22 % down I am not surprised.
