Mobilising a new rig will cost millions, and would take months even if they could get one. If it was a choice of mobilsing a big rig vs a small rig I would agree, but they have a rig literally 300m away. I can't see they cost saving covering the mob/demob costs. But if they hit in the 200 and thats all they have, 100% they should get a smaller rig for the appraisal stage.
