Depends on the contract. But I doubt very very much that Baker Hughes would have agreed to a consequential loss clause (ie we f*ed up and it cost you this much money in future revenues so we are liable), let alone a clause that allows geo associates to sue because their 80% holder parent company share price was impacted.
