Same way 90% of the posts on this thread have an upramping feel about them. You would wish they have a technical side to them but most are just wishful thinking and distortion of facts to suit their own agenda.
Fact is, he could be right or wrong. Same goes for the positive upramping posts. We can only look back in hindsight to determine who was right or wrong. Once the results are released, we would know who was right all along not because they have always known but because the results confirmed their hypothesis or theory.
As things stand now, nothing is confirmed INCLUDING the 200 horizon.
