At this stage I am now focused on two main issues:
- size of pay zones
- reservoir quality
Risk is always with reservoir quality and the ability to recover hydrocarbons to surface in commercial quantities.
Wireline logging will help determine this and very keen to see these results.
On size of pay zones I'm actually very optimistic about this, especially on the Upper Angwa. Looking at the seismic and velocity cross sections it is quite possible we have 100m - 200m pay zones, or multiple stacked 50m+ pay zones, which would be absolutely fantastic. Again the wireline logging will tell all.
