The 200 horizon has been logged and is now behind 9-5/8" casing which precludes further logging of this zone. The logs they ran indicated hydrocarbons present but in tight reservoir. Because of the offset of the stacked reservoir sequence the well could only hit the primary targets at optimum location on the structure by intersecting the 200 target at a less than optimal location structure wise.
