Not really special gear. You just have to ensure the pressure rating of your downhole and surface equipment is sufficient to handle expected pressures.
From a drilling point of view its a matter of careful casing and mud system design. Exalo 202 from memory has a 10,000psi BOP so that shouldn't require modification.
