That's all fine but being smaller retail should allow you to be nimble enough to get a bargain below the Rights Issue price. I saw the opportunity yesterday on the options lagging the heads and made my move then.
The SI and Insto will all be looked after in the end so the company has no loyalty to you so neither should you to the company. The question is what the next moves look like if the rights issue raises far below then they hoped for. Does it linger in this under 13c state for the next for the next 3 months because the potential overhang exits. Does the company just scrap it altogether or is the amount they raised enough until the next raised which could be better managed and timed ?
