I just wouldn't be buying on market today period until they show their hand.
Even if the PPSA was announced, how much do you think that would move the needle? The morning of the discovery it opened up +60%. By the end of the day it pulled back to close up 20%. Then we all know what has happened since then.
If ai had cash to buy more shares I would sit and wait. Nothing wrong with waiting for the news to drop, analyzing it, and then choosing to buy. If it is a PPSA signing, a JV partnership, or both it should at that time be on a path to decent run to rerate. Who cares if you get on it a little late and miss 10-20%. Better that buying now on a strategy of hope. and the. watching it continue down. Ask yourself which you think is most likely to happen.
