Of course we would not value a full 8 Tscf at this present time, but the way in which I set up my spreadsheet was to say x% of the 180Km2 area is contingent resources (risk factor 10%) for the M-1 fault block, y% reserves for M-2ST fault block following a successful well test, and some of that can be priced at 100% gas sales price once M-2ST is producing and generating electricity. DCF in the range 33 -37%.
I was able to match PAC Partnets' expected valuation at 77c within 5c. Therefore, a high valuation may be a reality if M-2ST can be connected to the power grid.
