We have the best terms in the world under the PEDPA which the government signed before drilling. We can actually get to production under this. The PPSA was initiated by the company as an olive branch to the government so that they could get a fair share of the resource and profits. Imo the reason it's taking longer than expected is because an agreement like this has never been implemented in the country and they want to get it right. Once the legislation is signed and implemented it won't just apply to IVZ either.
