@Robservation01 Once EXR fully dewater their pilot production wells which might require 1 or two additional pilot wells, one could speculate the following based on reported 14.5 Tscf recoverable resources in the Nomgon license area:

Assume all pilot wells are dewatered in the next 12-18 months and a minimum of 30% of the 14.5 Tscf is classified as reserves. That should be sufficient to cover the cost of a pipeline, therefore not likely to be stranded reserves. (based on a low gas sales price and 50% risk factor).

Following successful pilot well dewatering, in my opinion, expected price range once commerciality is declared could be 30c - 50c per share.

Possible sale valuation for Nomgon (in my opinion) might be $A 1 - $A 1.50 per share.
