Once those traders start dumping again - after they realize its a Nothing more than feel good Non-Binding statement.

Btw, firms in this situation always put out an MOU. There was one announced in Dec 2023. How did that go??? You can sign another 10 MOU, but it will be nothing more than a 2 to 3 days sugar hit.
