as I understand it, the upgrade to the p. resource for the existing acerage is not linked to the gazetal while the release of the p. resource for the expansion area is. Given the objection period only ended last week, I think it will be a few days minimum (perhaps longer) for the gazettal to be rubberstamped. Lots of new coming....
