Its obvious that it is UBS (credit suisse) pip trading the stock.
Someone posted brokerage the other day and they have huge volume with little net buy or sale value.
They were doing the same between 9.5c and 10c
So they control both the buy and sell bids aiming to make 1 or 2 % a day with little risk. The only way they can get really screwed is everyone decides to sell all at once which looks to be an improbable event at these prices so you see how they are pretty safe with their trading strategies.
