The new ZiG currency is now in play. No doubt this has been at the very forefront of the governments mind. They really need to get it right this time.

In my mind the ppsa would be far behind in the concerns of the governement. Without a currency how on earth could they even formulate a binding legal document?

They couldn't. I expect now that the ZiG is in place they can start formally filling in the important elements of the already drafted ppsa.

Patience is truely king, I wish I had more. I might try a new approach and throw this away in the drawer for a year or 2.
