the main takeaway there is that we are now in a phase where we can look at offtakers and move away from raising funds for activities though share placements with PAC partners.

at the moment, all the interested agencies, ministers, fund managers are all negotiating how this will play out, playing internal politics whilst also drafting the framework for the new industry. im sure Scott will be mostly kept in the dark on all these details until the policy is enacted and PPSA signed.

all he knows, like us, is that they need him. he will make it happen in a timely manner, if they rug pull us and bring in the chinese or some other wildcard move that will set things back even further.
