You will need to transfer your options into your trading platform, eg mine is Nabtrade. You would have/ should have received a letter from IVZ detailing your holding which is Issuer Sponsored. In Nabtrade there is a button called "Transfer shares to Nabtrade", click on that button and using the SRN/HRN on the IVZ letter go through the simple process. Nabtrade advises that the process takes 2 business days. Meanwhile you can still buy IVZOA on the market but you can't sell yours until the transfer process is complete (in 2 days). I purchased a good parcel of IVZOA early on Tuesday morning no problem. But I still don't have my new IVZ issued options yet, that should be by tomorrow, Thursday. Hope this helps.
