Maybe talk to the trading account firm given they might be able to offer some thoughts given it would be in their interest to get the shares under the account so they can make money on your brokerage costs. I'm sure they would deal with things like people's names being complex along with address everyday of the week so should not be their first rodeo!
Bottom right corner of Link website there is a complaint process you can follow. I think this would put things in motion to get an outcome one way or another. Depending on the outcome I'm sure there would be a governing body that you could reach out to.
Failing any of the above a silly idea but do you need to open up a PO BOX address? I'd find this crazy if you need to get around the long address to make it a PO BOX!! LOL
