Barings Private Equity runs ruler over Link Administration in Asia-Pacific tilt | The AustralianBarings Private Equity is believed to be weighing a potential tilt at Link Administration Holdings after the company and its parent ran the ruler over similar Australian targets in the past two years.
Barings is owned by Swedish private equity firm EQT, which previously bid for the Australian market technology company Iress in 2021, while Barings bid for Perpetual last year in a consortium play.
