I have just got off the phone with Link. I'm astonished at how many seem to have happily resolved their problems because I keep getting the same answer - their IT know what the problem is and it will be fixed in "a couple of days". Very polite and courteous but very frustrating. (I am with Comsec.)
Intelligence is associated with rapid learning from past experience so why do we keep appointing service providers who seemingly stuff up all the time e.g. BH, the CRs, Link, OTC listing and marketing.
