Good question Portiss I have been pondering what I will do.
Like the idea of the CGT discount and depending on where the company is at I will sell the options. If on the other hand there is plenty on in the coming years and I want to hold on longer I might want to convert (avoiding expiry / potential less liquidity).
But as already being said probably more likely of a T/O so in the coming years the convert idea might not work out. I.e. risk of restarting the CGT and being T/O before the 12 months is up on my restarted heads.

Anyways I'm in a fortunate position where I have heads that are already discounted so have options. First things first is to have the share price up before I start worrying about what I'm selling!

From memory Scott was more of the belief that IVZ isn't in the basin to do it all by themselves from exploration - production which says to me T/O more likely if everything lines up.

Scott also mentioned in the earlier fireside chat that post discovery things are going to move very quickly. If this is the case this time next year things are likely much more different in terms of the company and Farm in relationships etc plus the share price. In this instance I tend to agree when you are talking about a nation that is starved of energy. Unlike other nations where perhaps there is less "motivation" to help the explorer bring on production quicker etc.
