Pyrite
"Unfortunately like most things oil and gas there are differing opinions. The pyrite effect is also dependent not just on volume but how it is evident in the formation: disseminated; bedded; grained etc. We have a bit of all of these and a very high by volume pct. Hard to quantity what pct is disseminated (this part would theoretically have very limited impact until the volume pct gets above 20pct which is very rare). "
