iwi shareholders vote for the windup plan, page-2

One very distrubrbing things about IWI, is that the manager is now saying that the unlisted investments may be worth as little as half of the value which IWI was reporting them in their accounts.
The question needs to be asked, why wasnt the impaired value of these investments not adjusted earlier ??
