    Yeah I'm not to happy about the whole fiasco.They're going to dump all the assets in a 12 month fire sale and pay themselves $40k a month to do so. Surely it would have made more sense to hold on- given already ridden out the worst of the downturn in the wine industry.Best idea would have been for Berren to be dumped and some sort of low cost holding structure been set up to house the assets.
